How do I restore a purchase?
If you've upgraded and it's not showing on a new device or after reinstalling, open the Upgrade screen in the app and use the restore option - purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to a device.
How do Authorling stories work?
Your child picks a story world, a character and the weather, then fills in the missing words to create a one-of-a-kind story. No 2 stories are ever quite the same.
What data does Authorling store?
Your child's name, age group and favourite colour are stored only on your device so the app can personalise stories. Nothing your child creates leaves the device. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
